Stocks and public markets
How investing apps are turning into software agents that act for you, how to build a portfolio and protect it, and how to start investing from wherever you are. The stock investing sessions.

Three days on the Miami River, next to Brickell, for people who invest their own money. Four investing tracks on two stages, networking from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, and any pass covers all three days.

Future Wealth is a three-day investing conference in downtown Miami, December 4-6, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Miami. It is open to the public. Anyone can buy a pass, and you do not need to work in finance to follow it.
The programme is built around four areas: the stock market, digital assets, real estate, and the compute, data and energy under AI. Each has its own sessions, and any pass gets you into all of them, so you can see how they fit together in one portfolio.
Each session on the agenda is tagged with one or more of these four tracks, under the names below. Stay with one all weekend, or move between them.
How investing apps are turning into software agents that act for you, how to build a portfolio and protect it, and how to start investing from wherever you are. The stock investing sessions.
Banks moving payments and other assets onto blockchains, the products institutions use to buy a theme, and where money goes when it leaves the stock market for private deals. The digital asset sessions.
Where real estate wealth is heading by 2030, land and physical assets in an AI decade, and a real deal worked through in front of the room. The real estate sessions.
The chips, data centres, power and data under the AI build-out, and where investors look for the value it creates. The AI sessions.

The hotel stands where downtown meets the Miami River, with Brickell, the city's financial district, just across the bridge. Both stages, the vendor hall and the receptions are in the one building, so you never cross town between sessions.
Several of the city's larger finance events, Consensus and iConnections Global Alts among them, meet across the bay at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Future Wealth stays on the mainland, in downtown Miami itself.
Times are Eastern and follow the working agenda, which can still change.
Registration and networking open at 4pm (VIP from 3pm), the Opening Reception starts at 5pm and the Opening Ceremony at 7pm.
Breakfast and networking from 7am, then the main stage opens at 9am. VIP and All Access holders stay on for the VIP Reception and Future Wealth After Dark.
Doors from 7am, a morning keynote on positioning for the next economic cycle, an afternoon session on what to actually do with it all, and the closing session at 4pm.
A limited Future Wealth room block is open at the Hyatt Regency Miami at a discounted rate. Ticket buyers can book it while it lasts, first come, first served.

Four tracks. Two stages. One building on the Miami River.

Software and AI take the headlines. The physical layer underneath — land, housing, energy, storage, logistics — quietly reprices on the back of the same demand. Robert Croak makes the case for real assets in an AI decade: what actually gets bid when compute and energy demand compound, how to size those positions against a liquid book, and where the return comes from — yield, appreciation, or the scarcity of the asset itself. Built for people who deploy capital rather than watch it.
Scott Clary has interviewed more successful operators than almost anyone alive — a Top 10 business podcast, over a hundred million downloads, and a newsletter reaching 321,000 people every week. Trinity Chavez sits him down for thirty minutes on the part nobody puts in the episode: the patterns that repeat across a thousand conversations, what the people who compound actually have in common, and what he is hearing right now that has not shown up in the numbers yet. A fireside, straight into lunch.
Jake Claver's framework, built on one observation: the first move in any chain is the one everybody sees, and it is almost never the one that pays. What pays is the move it forces next. He walks it through in public — how he picks the first domino, what it forces, and how far down the chain he will position before the evidence runs out. Energy, compute and data sit underneath most of the chains worth running right now. You should leave able to run one yourself on whatever headline lands in January.
Most people are told that investing is something other people do — that it needs a background, a network, or a number you do not have. It does not, forty minutes on what ownership actually means, why it is the thing that compounds, and how to start from wherever you are standing right now.
The next phase of blockchain is infrastructure, not speculation. As stocks, bonds, real estate, payments, and other assets move on-chain, tokenization and stablecoins could reshape global markets, unlock trillions in value, and create new opportunities as traditional finance and digital assets converge.
A $30 trillion transfer of wealth is underway, and the majority of it lands with women — through inheritance, survivorship and their own earnings. The advisory industry is not built for it and the products are not positioned for it. This panel looks at where that capital actually goes, and who is ready to receive it.
Neil Blyther on how a portfolio is actually built once you have more than one idea in it — position sizing, correlation, and the instruments that let you hold a view without betting the whole book on it. Derivatives get talked about as leverage. Used properly they are the opposite: the cheapest way to define your downside before you need to. What they cost, what they protect, and when they are the wrong tool. A working session, not a lecture.
Moderated by Trinity Chavez, NYSE. Rates, migration and construction costs have redrawn the map. This panel looks at where real estate wealth is actually being built between now and 2030 — the markets, the asset classes and the capital structures operators are using while everyone else waits for the old cycle to return.
A mainstage fireside with Jannick Malling, co-founder and co-CEO of Public.com. Moderated by Trinity Chavez, NYSE. An agent is software that works while you don't — and investing is moving from apps you open to agents that act for you. Jannick's case: this is the early innings of the next platform shift, and the rails being built right now will decide how the next decade of money gets managed. What agentic investing actually is, what it changes for anyone running their own capital, where it breaks, and what Public.com is seeing from the front of it. The future of money management, argued by someone building it — straight into the afternoon break.
Armando opens the final day with the three calls he got wrong this year, and why. Not the wins, the misses: what he weighted, what he underweighted, and how the framework changed because of it. Then where the model says the money goes next: the layer every technology runs on, compute, data and energy, and why capital accrues to the scarce layer rather than the popular one. Three moves to close: pick your layer, size it honestly, give it time.
One real deal on the screen, underwritten live. The rent roll, the debt, the exit assumption, and the three line items that quietly decide whether it works. Forty minutes, no theory. Bring something you are looking at and we will run the numbers on it
Everyone can name the trend. Far fewer can name the instrument. ETFs and ETPs, structured products, private vehicles and direct positions — and why the wrapper often decides the return as much as the asset does. Fees, liquidity, tracking, tax and counterparty risk, argued by people who build and issue these products for a living rather than people who comment on them.
The Intelligence Economy is creating entirely new markets, business models, and investment opportunities at extraordinary speed. This session explores where the next trillion dollars of value could be created across AI, compute, data, energy, robotics, infrastructure, and the companies enabling this transformation—and how investors can identify the opportunities positioned to capture the greatest share of this new wealth.
Most of the value created in the last decade was created before anything reached a public market — and the people who captured it were not analysts. They were owners. Cedric Nash built Oakland Consulting past ninety million in revenue, then compounded it across private equity, real estate and the public markets. This session is the mechanics of that: how private capital is actually accessed, what the terms really look like, and why the returns everyone quotes are not the returns most people get. Assumes you already know what a cap table is.
Everyone talks about compute demand. Far fewer people can tell you why a site takes four years, which of those years is the interconnect queue, and who gets paid at each stage. The practical version — siting, power agreements, permitting, and where the returns actually sit in the stack. This breakout is a placeholder — title, speaker and time are still being confirmed and are subject to change.
Times are Eastern. The agenda is a working schedule, so titles, times and speakers can still change. See the full agenda

Future Wealth is built for people who invest their own money, at every level. Most sessions need no finance background, and a few go deeper on purpose for people who already invest for a living.
