Checked on October 8, 2026 against each organiser's official site, press release or registration page. Where the organiser did not publish a price, we say so rather than repeat a third-party figure. We left out events whose dates or place we could not confirm there, including some 2025 editions whose official pages now show only the next one. Confirm with the organiser before you book: the price at their checkout is the final word.
Plenty of event names say "investor". Check who the event is actually built for before you buy a ticket.
BPCON, the Real Estate Leverage Summit in Tampa and Grant Cardone's summits are aimed at people investing in property themselves, from a first deal to a growing portfolio.
The ULI Fall Meeting, The Real Deal's Miami forum, Bisnow, InterFace and the multifamily forums are built for developers, brokers, lenders and operators. Investors attend, but these events describe themselves as made for real estate professionals.
NCREIF, Opal's summit, CREFC and IMN's Single Family Rental East are built for funds, lenders and large owners. Opal's summit, for example, is free for end investors Opal approves and $2,495 for managers and service providers.
The Florida Realtors Convention & Trade Expo and MIAMI Realtors' South Florida Real Estate Summit are run by Realtor associations, mostly for agents and brokers, though investors attend too.
FIU's REact, FAU's Boca conference, UCF's conference and UF's Trends & Strategies Conference are run by Florida universities, with speakers from the industry.
Real estate is one of four tracks, next to stocks, digital assets and the compute, data and energy under AI. One ticket, in downtown Miami, December 4-6, 2026.

Real estate in Miami. December 4-6, 2026.
Future Wealth · Hyatt Regency Miami

Future Wealth is an investing conference at the Hyatt Regency Miami on December 4-6, 2026, open to the public. Real estate is one of its four tracks, not the whole event, so if you want three days of nothing but property, one of the dedicated events above will give you more sessions on it.
What the real estate track does give you, with developers and investors who do these deals themselves:
Pulled live from the Future Wealth agenda, so a new time or a newly confirmed speaker appears here as soon as it is published.
Software and AI take the headlines. The physical layer underneath — land, housing, energy, storage, logistics — quietly reprices on the back of the same demand. Robert Croak makes the case for real assets in an AI decade: what actually gets bid when compute and energy demand compound, how to size those positions against a liquid book, and where the return comes from — yield, appreciation, or the scarcity of the asset itself. Built for people who deploy capital rather than watch it.
Moderated by Trinity Chavez, NYSE. Rates, migration and construction costs have redrawn the map. This panel looks at where real estate wealth is actually being built between now and 2030 — the markets, the asset classes and the capital structures operators are using while everyone else waits for the old cycle to return.
One real deal on the screen, underwritten live. The rent roll, the debt, the exit assumption, and the three line items that quietly decide whether it works. Forty minutes, no theory. Bring something you are looking at and we will run the numbers on it
Most of the value created in the last decade was created before anything reached a public market — and the people who captured it were not analysts. They were owners. Cedric Nash built Oakland Consulting past ninety million in revenue, then compounded it across private equity, real estate and the public markets. This session is the mechanics of that: how private capital is actually accessed, what the terms really look like, and why the returns everyone quotes are not the returns most people get. Assumes you already know what a cap table is.
Everyone talks about compute demand. Far fewer people can tell you why a site takes four years, which of those years is the interconnect queue, and who gets paid at each stage. The practical version — siting, power agreements, permitting, and where the returns actually sit in the stack. This breakout is a placeholder — title, speaker and time are still being confirmed and are subject to change.
Times are Eastern. The agenda is a working schedule, so titles, times and speakers can still change. See the full agenda

If you buy, build or lend on property for a living, an industry event such as the ULI Fall Meeting or The Real Deal's Miami forum will put you in a room with more developers and brokers than Future Wealth will.
If you invest your own money and real estate is one part of it, Future Wealth was built for you: property sessions next to stocks, digital assets and AI, and networking from the Friday opening reception onward. For the trip itself, see the real estate conference in Miami page, and for the other events in the city, our guide to Miami investment conferences.
Three passes, all three days, both stages. Prices are read live from Eventbrite, tax included.
