The plain answer

Yes, there is a real estate conference in Miami this December.

Future Wealth is a real estate conference in Miami for investors, with property as one of four tracks, from Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 6, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Miami. The hotel is downtown on the Miami River, a short walk from Brickell.

Real estate is one of four investing tracks, so the weekend is built for people who own property, or want to, alongside the rest of their money. If you work in commercial real estate and want an event built only for professionals, our guide to Miami investment conferences lists those too.

  • When: Friday evening, December 4, through Sunday, December 6, 2026
  • Where: Hyatt Regency Miami, 400 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33131
  • Real estate on the agenda: a main-stage panel on Real Estate 2030, a live deal in The Lab, and open questions on ownership
  • Who comes: people investing their own money, plus founders, business operators and professional investors

Why Miami

Talk about property where you can see it.

Step outside between sessions and the towers of Brickell are across the river, and early December is usually warm and dry. Here is what the location means for your trip.

The venue

At the edge of the financial district

The Hyatt Regency Miami sits on the Miami River at the edge of Brickell, Miami's financial district. Both stages and every reception are under one roof.

Flying in

Two airports nearby

About 15 to 20 minutes by car from Miami International (MIA), depending on traffic. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is roughly 40 minutes.

Getting around

Downtown on foot

Brickell is across the bridge, Bayside and the waterfront are a short walk, and the Metromover runs free through downtown. You do not need a car.

Staying over

A room block at the venue

When you buy your ticket you get a link to book the limited, discounted Future Wealth room block at the hotel, first come, first served. Travel and parking.

Plan the weekend

Fly in Friday, fly home Sunday evening.

The conference opens on Friday evening and closes on Sunday afternoon. Arrive by Friday afternoon, and a Sunday evening flight home lets you stay for the close. Times are Eastern and follow the working agenda, so they can still change. Here is where real estate falls across the three days.

  • Friday, December 4: registration opens at 4pm, then the Opening Reception and the Opening Ceremony. Both are open to every attendee.
  • Saturday, December 5: real estate on the main stage in the morning and again in the afternoon. VIP and All Access holders stay on for the VIP Reception and Future Wealth After Dark.
  • Sunday, December 6: a real deal worked through live and open questions on ownership in The Lab, private markets on the main stage, then the closing sessions in the afternoon.

Real Estate and Hard Assets in an AI Decade: Where Allocators Are Putting Real Money

Software and AI take the headlines. The physical layer underneath — land, housing, energy, storage, logistics — quietly reprices on the back of the same demand. Robert Croak makes the case for real assets in an AI decade: what actually gets bid when compute and energy demand compound, how to size those positions against a liquid book, and where the return comes from — yield, appreciation, or the scarcity of the asset itself. Built for people who deploy capital rather than watch it.

Real Estate 2030: Where Real Estate Wealth Is Moving Next

Moderated by Trinity Chavez, NYSE. Rates, migration and construction costs have redrawn the map. This panel looks at where real estate wealth is actually being built between now and 2030 — the markets, the asset classes and the capital structures operators are using while everyone else waits for the old cycle to return.

Q & A: Underwriting a Deal in Front of the Room

One real deal on the screen, underwritten live. The rent roll, the debt, the exit assumption, and the three line items that quietly decide whether it works. Forty minutes, no theory. Bring something you are looking at and we will run the numbers on it

1:45pmMain Stage

The Private Side: Where Capital Goes When It Leaves the Public Market

Most of the value created in the last decade was created before anything reached a public market — and the people who captured it were not analysts. They were owners. Cedric Nash built Oakland Consulting past ninety million in revenue, then compounded it across private equity, real estate and the public markets. This session is the mechanics of that: how private capital is actually accessed, what the terms really look like, and why the returns everyone quotes are not the returns most people get. Assumes you already know what a cap table is.

Power, Land and Permits: How a Data Centre Actually Gets Built

Everyone talks about compute demand. Far fewer people can tell you why a site takes four years, which of those years is the interconnect queue, and who gets paid at each stage. The practical version — siting, power agreements, permitting, and where the returns actually sit in the stack. This breakout is a placeholder — title, speaker and time are still being confirmed and are subject to change.

Times are Eastern. The agenda is a working schedule, so titles, times and speakers can still change. See the full agenda

Saturday on stage, Sunday in The Lab

Bring the deal you are weighing.

Robert Croak, founder of the Rich Habits Podcast, invests in real estate and puts these deals together himself. In The Lab he puts one real deal on the screen and works through it in front of the room: the rents coming in, the loan, and what you are assuming the property sells for at the end.

He invites the room to bring something they are looking at. Time is short, so there is no promise yours is the one covered, and nothing said about it is advice.

  • Saturday morning, main stage: what gets bought in land, housing, energy, storage and logistics as demand for computing power and electricity grows
  • Saturday afternoon, main stage: the Real Estate 2030 panel, with Cedric Nash and Jude Bernard
  • Sunday morning, The Lab: one real deal, worked through live, down to the three numbers that decide whether it pays

Questions

Questions, answered.

Anything else? The full FAQ covers hotels, refunds and the day itself.

Is there a real estate conference in Miami in 2026?
Yes. Future Wealth runs December 4-6, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Miami, 400 SE 2nd Ave, downtown on the Miami River next to Brickell. Real estate is one of its four investing tracks, with sessions on the main stage and in The Lab, and the conference is open to the public.
Real estate conference Miami: is it only about property?
No, and that is on purpose. Next to the real estate sessions, the same ticket covers public markets, digital assets, and the compute, data and energy under AI, which suits people who hold property as one part of what they own. The real estate track page goes through every topic in more detail.
Do I need to work in real estate to attend?
No. Future Wealth is built for people investing their own money as well as for professionals. The Lab is the smaller room, closer to the speaker and built for questions, and some sessions go deeper for people who already invest for a living.
Will anyone look at a deal I am considering?
Possibly. In The Lab on Sunday morning, Robert Croak works through a real deal live and invites the room to bring something they are looking at. Time is short, so there is no promise yours is the one covered, and nothing said about it is investment advice.
Will I be sold a property or a fund?
No. Speakers explain how they look at the market and how deals are put together. Nobody offers an investment from the stage, and nothing at Future Wealth is investment advice.
How do I get to the venue, and where should I stay?
The Hyatt Regency Miami is at 400 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33131, about 15 to 20 minutes by car from Miami International, depending on traffic. When you buy your ticket you get a link to book the limited, discounted room block at the hotel, first come, first served, and you are free to stay anywhere else. The location page covers parking and rideshare.
Are there other real estate conferences in Miami?
A few in South Florida, mostly for people who work in the industry. Bisnow runs South Florida events built for commercial real estate professionals, and a family office conference in Miami Beach covers real estate alongside other assets. Our guide to Miami investment conferences lists them with dates, who each one is for and links.
How much are tickets?
There are three passes, Market, VIP and All Access, and every one covers all three days and both stages. The prices on this page are read live from Eventbrite, tax included.

Nothing at Future Wealth or on this page is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Speakers share their own views, and nobody on stage is offering a property, a fund or any other investment.
