Downtown, next to Brickell

Future Wealth spends three days at the Hyatt Regency Miami, on the river next to Brickell. One of its four tracks is AI and the compute, data and energy it runs on, explained for investors rather than engineers: who builds it, who powers it, and how investors take a position.

Future Wealth runs from Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 6, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Miami, 400 SE 2nd Ave, downtown on the Miami River next to Brickell. It is an investing conference with four tracks, and one of them covers AI and the compute, data and energy underneath it.
Here is what kind of AI event it is. There are no coding workshops, research papers or hackathons. The AI sessions are for people who want to follow the money behind AI and understand how an investor takes a position, in the same building as the sessions on stocks, digital assets and real estate.
The venue, the trip in and the calendar, in a month when Miami is usually in the high seventies and dry.

About 15 to 20 minutes by car from Miami International Airport, depending on traffic, and roughly 40 minutes from Fort Lauderdale. Travel details.
If you follow AI closely, NVIDIA GTC in Washington, DC ends on December 3, and Future Wealth opens in Miami the next evening. One week can cover how AI is built and how to invest around it.
eMerge Americas, the area's large technology conference, is in Miami Beach in March, and Consensus brings digital assets to Miami Beach in May. Future Wealth brings investors downtown in December. Every Miami investment conference.
The words you will hear in the AI sessions, explained the way a friend would. No background needed.
Specialised chips, and the racks of servers they sit in, that do the work every time an AI answers a question or writes a line of text.
The text, images, records and numbers a model is trained on and works with. Somebody owns it, and that ownership can be a business of its own.
The electricity the chips and their cooling need, around the clock. Getting enough power to a new site is one of the slow, hard parts of building for AI.
Where compute lives. Each one needs land, a power connection, cooling and permits before it can open, and different people get paid at each step.
Instead of waiting for you to open an app and click, an agent carries out a task on your behalf. Investing is one of the places this is starting to show up.
The package you buy to own a piece of an idea: a fund, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that trades like a share, a private deal, or the company's shares themselves. Two people can back the same idea and get different results because of the wrapper.

Miami in December. AI on the agenda.

Read from the live Future Wealth agenda, each with its day, time and room.
Armando Pantoja opens Future Wealth with a powerful invitation to see farther, challenge assumptions, and recognize opportunity before the world catches on. Discover the Power Triad: compute, data, and energy and why one idea, one connection, or one decision this weekend could change your future.
Software and AI take the headlines. The physical layer underneath — land, housing, energy, storage, logistics — quietly reprices on the back of the same demand. Robert Croak makes the case for real assets in an AI decade: what actually gets bid when compute and energy demand compound, how to size those positions against a liquid book, and where the return comes from — yield, appreciation, or the scarcity of the asset itself. Built for people who deploy capital rather than watch it.
A mainstage fireside with Jannick Malling, co-founder and co-CEO of Public.com. Moderated by Trinity Chavez, NYSE. An agent is software that works while you don't — and investing is moving from apps you open to agents that act for you. Jannick's case: this is the early innings of the next platform shift, and the rails being built right now will decide how the next decade of money gets managed. What agentic investing actually is, what it changes for anyone running their own capital, where it breaks, and what Public.com is seeing from the front of it. The future of money management, argued by someone building it — straight into the afternoon break.
Armando opens the final day with the three calls he got wrong this year, and why. Not the wins, the misses: what he weighted, what he underweighted, and how the framework changed because of it. Then where the model says the money goes next: the layer every technology runs on, compute, data and energy, and why capital accrues to the scarce layer rather than the popular one. Three moves to close: pick your layer, size it honestly, give it time.
Everyone can name the trend. Far fewer can name the instrument. ETFs and ETPs, structured products, private vehicles and direct positions — and why the wrapper often decides the return as much as the asset does. Fees, liquidity, tracking, tax and counterparty risk, argued by people who build and issue these products for a living rather than people who comment on them.
The Intelligence Economy is creating entirely new markets, business models, and investment opportunities at extraordinary speed. This session explores where the next trillion dollars of value could be created across AI, compute, data, energy, robotics, infrastructure, and the companies enabling this transformation—and how investors can identify the opportunities positioned to capture the greatest share of this new wealth.
Everyone talks about compute demand. Far fewer people can tell you why a site takes four years, which of those years is the interconnect queue, and who gets paid at each stage. The practical version — siting, power agreements, permitting, and where the returns actually sit in the stack. This breakout is a placeholder — title, speaker and time are still being confirmed and are subject to change.
Times are Eastern. The agenda is a working schedule, so titles, times and speakers can still change. See the full agenda
More speakers are still being announced. See every speaker.

Future Wealth will not teach you to code, train or deploy a model. If that is what you need, a technical event is the right call: NVIDIA GTC for chips and the software that runs on them, or NeurIPS for research. In the Miami area, eMerge Americas in Miami Beach (March 2-4, 2027) is the large technology conference.
If you want to understand AI as an investor, where the money in it is made and what it means for everything else you own, that is what this weekend is for. Our guide to AI conferences for investors lays the two kinds side by side, and the AI investment conference page goes deeper on the thesis behind the track.

The weekend opens on Friday evening and runs two full conference days. Times are Eastern and follow the working agenda, so they can still change. Every networking format is on the investor networking page.
Three passes, all three days, both stages. Prices are read live from Eventbrite, tax included.
Prices are today's Eventbrite prices including tax. Today's prices end at midnight ET on October 15. The price at Eventbrite checkout is always the final word. Compare the passes in full
