Stephen Sikes is the COO at Public, the investing platform built for thosewho take investing seriously. Public has built the technology that makesconstructing a multi-asset portfolio, fast, secure, and frictionless. He alsooversees the broker-dealer and is responsible for operations, customersupport, legal, compliance, and risk functions.  Prior to joining Public, Stephen was on the founding team and became theBusiness Lead of SoFi Invest. He was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey& Company and served as a Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army, where he didone deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In addition to his work at Public, Stephen co-leads a fintech community andearly stage investing fund called Socially Financed, where he focuses onsupporting early stage consumer fintech businesses
