We are casting one on-camera correspondent for the three days in Miami: the person who catches our speakers as they come off stage and turns five minutes into the clip everyone shares. Apply below.

The role

Five minutes with every speaker, on the day.

December 4, 5 and 6, Hyatt Regency Miami. You move with a shooter between the Future Stage, The Lab, the lounge and the floor, and you interview the speakers as they come off stage: three to five minutes each, on the record, built around the question list we prepare with you.

The footage goes three places: the same-day clips that circulate while the room is still alive, the recap film, and longer documentary work on MegaloMedia. So the questions are prepared the week before, and you know each speaker's thesis before they walk over.

It is a job, not a hobby: call time before doors, a run-of-show, a producer in your ear, and speakers who have twenty minutes between sessions.

What a good day looks like
  • Every headliner interviewed before they leave the building.
  • Speakers get their clip before they leave the venue, ready to post.
  • A few attendees a day on camera too, because the room is the story.
  • Nothing scripted, everything prepared.

Who we are looking for

Comfortable with a CEO, quick with the follow-up.

This is not a hosting gig with a teleprompter. The speakers are founders, fund managers, authors and operators, and the good answer is usually the second one. You have to hear it and go after it.

The shortlist
  • On camera before, and it shows: a reel, a channel, a segment, anything we can watch.
  • Fluent enough in markets, AI, energy and digital assets to hear the interesting answer and follow it.
  • Warm in thirty seconds. Speakers will have just walked off stage.
  • Can hold a handheld mic, a running order and a producer's note in your head at the same time.
  • In Miami on December 4, 5 and 6, with a prep call the week before. Spanish is a plus.
